The class is 55min long and is completely instructor-led.

Our unique Body & mind workout program is best described as a perfect combination of fitness and pilates. While exercising on the mat, with or without added equipment, we will help you to tone your muscles, re-shape your body and to achieve your dream level of fitness. We offer our signature Body and mind workout online, as well.
