STOTT PILATES® Reformer

The class is 55min long and is completely instructor-led.

This certified program is done by using popular equipment (Reformer, Cadillac, Chair, Barrel) in a small group (up to 4 people) and led by a certified instructor. It is based on anatomy, biomechanics and spinal rehabilitation, which is why it is one of the most efficient exercise methods of today. With its precision and thoroughness, it will lead you to optimal musculoskeletal performance, and in a short time will increase your strength, flexibility and endurance. STOTT PILATES® Reformer program is recommended if there are any minor postural issues and also after rehabilitation. For each body posture there is a safe modification of each exercise. Because of the holistic approach to the human body, the result is also increased body awareness and posture improvement.

The advantage of pilates equipment is the resistance of the springs. The muscle is loaded through the whole movement, and is strengthened and lengthened without loading the joint. It is excellent for beginners, and for advanced practitioners.
